## BEFORE & AFTER RESULTS

## What Our Patient Have to Say

In her words

## Beyond the Number on the Scale

*"For a long time, I let a single number dictate whether I had a "good" or "bad" progress day. If that number didn't drop, I felt defeated*

But the real breakthrough happened when I started working with SPOKEmed. They completely transformed my mindset by asking a critical question: What about the other numbers? At first, I had no clue what other numbers they were referring to. They guided me to focus on the metrics that actually define metabolic health and longevity. I stopped obsessing over total weight and started looking at my actual body composition..

***Instead of chasing a smaller number, I shifted my focus to two things:***

- *Lowering visceral fat (the dangerous fat around internal organs)*
- *Building muscle mass*

*To get there, I didn't starve myself or spend hours doing intense cardio. I just focused on two simple habits:*

- *Light strength training to build a strong foundation.*
- *Prioritizing protein to fuel and repair my muscles.*

*The result? The scale might not tell the whole story, but my body does. I feel stronger, healthier, and completely freed from the anxiety of daily weigh-ins.*

**JH**

> If you're on a health journey, remember: your worth and your progress are so much bigger than a single number on a scale. Focus on building a body that lasts!

## Case Studies

![Male weight loss coaching client achieving blood sugar control with SPOKEmed](https://spokemed.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/02/male-weight-loss-coaching-client.jpg)

### Wellness Results

Being a Type 1 diabetic, my goals were to gain control over my blood sugar levels, lose weight and gain muscle. After 1 week my blood sugars stabilized, my sleep improved and my energy level increased. Michelle was instrumental in guiding me to healthy behaviors and habits that resulted in long term stability with my blood sugar, fat loss and muscle gain.

### Health Coaching

Optavia was not just another program with a diet plan and exercise. Through the support of a health coach and community, I was able to gain control of my life, food no longer made decisions for me. After one week I had more energy and no longer felt in a fog . Eyes open and mind clear, Optavia gave me my life back.

![SPOKEmed weight loss testimonial - woman reverses years of poor health habits](https://spokemed.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/02/weight-loss-testimonial.jpg)

### Weight Loss Testimonial

I'm amazed at how easily I was able to REVERSE years of poor habits, disease and depressive issues on my Optavia journey. I love how I feel now and I love how Optavia and SPOKEmed have given me the tools to manage stress better and has taught me the science of FAT BURN forever. Which means no more dieting….EVER AGAIN!!!! I've faced lots of personal challenges…mainly my own limiting beliefs placed on myself that capped my potential. I've learned to overcome these barriers and turn my mess into a message and help other women rewrite their core belief story too which is so rewarding and given me PURPOSE BEYOND BELIEF!!!!
