Being a Type 1 diabetic, my goals were to gain control over my blood sugar levels, lose weight and gain muscle. After 1 week my blood sugars stabilized, my sleep improved and my energy level increased. Michelle was instrumental in guiding me to healthy behaviors and habits that resulted in long term stability with my blood sugar, fat loss and muscle gain.
