"For a long time, I let a single number dictate whether I had a “good” or “bad” progress day. If that number didn’t drop, I felt defeated

But the real breakthrough happened when I started working with SPOKEmed. They completely transformed my mindset by asking a critical question: What about the other numbers? At first, I had no clue what other numbers they were referring to. They guided me to focus on the metrics that actually define metabolic health and longevity. I stopped obsessing over total weight and started looking at my actual body composition..

Instead of chasing a smaller number, I shifted my focus to two things:

Lowering visceral fat (the dangerous fat around internal organs)
Building muscle mass

To get there, I didn’t starve myself or spend hours doing intense cardio. I just focused on two simple habits:

Light strength training to build a strong foundation.
Prioritizing protein to fuel and repair my muscles.

The result? The scale might not tell the whole story, but my body does. I feel stronger, healthier, and completely freed from the anxiety of daily weigh-ins.
